What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the "Start a pilot" form or by email:
- your name, work email address, company and role
- your DSP, if you tell us
- any inclusion list or message you attach
Please don't include other people's personal data in an inclusion list or message. An inclusion list should contain website domains only.
Why we use it
We use these details to reply to you, to scan any inclusion list you send, and to discuss a possible pilot or campaign. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We don't sell your data, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who processes it for us
The website and its form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may process data outside the UK, in which case it relies on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Our email runs on Google Workspace.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers. Our fonts and images are served from our own site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on any resulting work, then delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email demo@maridion.co.uk and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
